Today wasn't all that interesting, I just watched some internet horror videos (my favorite content creator from that genre is Fallen McGuire, i think that's how you spell it but his videos are pretty high quality tbh), emptied the dishwasher, got some groceries in, and I was gonna work on Nozomi's backstory, but trying to focus on one thing for days at a time when you basically have no schedule and have unmedicated ADHD is a bitch honestly. 

Honestly, just this past month in general hasn't been all that interesting, I wish something noteworthy would happen. It's like i said in my last entry, Colorado is so BORINGGGG >_<

I think it has to do with how the internet feels so fucking bland nowadays, like you can't just go on the web and type in random web addresses anymore thanks to web crawlers and people buying domains to redirect them to their site, and Google floods search results with sponsor after sponsor, basically meaning that you can't find any interesting sites anymore, there leaving me with the same 5 social media sites that all suck ass or are dry as hell.

Part of me wants to re-open my BitView account (I deleted my account during my depressive episode), because while it was disappointing that I never gained any traction on there, I actually had a lot of fun making videos for that site, and for the most part it was actually more entertaining than YouTube itself! I just hope that I can still make an account on there and shit, i am NOT going through the process of finding alternatives again (lead me to some really shitty and boring sites or ones that didn't give the aesthetic I was looking for). 

I'm still pissed at SpaceHey for banning my account on there, because they threw away my only chance of popularity, made me lose contact with some people I actually liked, and deleted a lot of important information about me, ALL because they decided to side with some retarded asshole who decided to start a whole tiktok-comment-secitioneque fight by posting something controversial KNOWING I'd get angry, and the people fighting over it couldn't handle losing an argument to me and couldn't jut block me and move on with their lives. They're also the goddamn reason I'm even hesitant to remake my BitView account at all, they basically ruined the idea of the old internet for me, which is incredibly fucked up btw. 

I wonder if alternatives to SpaceHey exist, so I can recreate my experience on here without running into LARPers who don't know how the old web works. Cause that was my main problem with Spacehey, people only knew a romanticized version of the "old web" and tried to run with that concept while still treating the site like TikTok, and then acted surprised when that ends up ruining the site all together for everyone. They can't just act like every social media is like tiktok, that's how you kill off a community.

Also, I decided to temporarily shut down the fursona page so that I can work on changing the CSS code for it once her backstory's finished, and when that happens,  (plus some other stuff I gotta work on) I will list it in the DevLog as a major update! :D 

(god, being a web developer is hard work sometimes)

 

But yeah, outside of that, I don't really have any plans for the next while, but maybe sometime that'll change, idk :p
